Chocolate Dessert Hummus

Ingredients
  

  • 1 15.5 oz can Chickpeas thoroughly rinsed and drained
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
  • 3 Tablespoons Dairy-Free Milk (I used coconut milk)
  • 4-5 Tablespoons Cacao or Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Tablespoons Maple Syrup or Honey
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor or high speed blender
  • Blend until thoroughly mixed and smooth
  • Serve with strawberries, pita chips, or other fruits and cookies
