Stuffed Dates

Dark Chocolate Chips, Sea Salt, Espresso Powder

Instructions
Espresso Almond Butter
Add the espresso beans to a food processor and pulse until finely ground
Mix the grounded espresso beans, almond butter, and maple syrup until evenly combined throughout
Stuffed Dates
Spoon about a tablespoon of espresso almond butter into the center of each pitted medjool date
Set all the stuffed dates onto parchment paper and set aside
Heat the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil in a microwave or over a double burner until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth
Dip each stuffed date halfway into the dark chocolate or completely submerge in the chocolate
Place each chocolate-dipped date on to the parchment paper and let cool
Serve and enjoy!
