Bring water and salt to a boil in a medium sized pot
Stir in the steel cut oats to the boiling water
Reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 20-30 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
Once the oats have reached your desired creamy consistency, remove from heat and let sit for a few minutes
While the oats are cooling, heat the frozen berries in a pot on the stove over medium-low heat or in a microwave until the berries are completely thawed and the berries are warm
Spoon about the steel cut oats evenly into four bowls and top with the warm berry mixture
Drizzle each bowl with peanut butter and top with any other toppings you desire (hemp seeds, chia seeds, etc.)
