Pineapple Coconut Energy Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup Almond Meal or flour
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey or Maple Syrup
  • 3 Tablespoons Pineapple Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil melted
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients into a food processor until thoroughly mixed
  • Shape dough into small balls
  • Serve and enjoy :)
