Cacao Powder
1
Avocado
peeled and pitted
1/4
cup
Coconut Oil

Tablespoons
Maple Syrup
1/2
teaspoon
Peppermint Extract
1/2
teaspoon
Vanilla Extract
Crushed Peppermints
optional
Melted Dark Chocolate for Dipping
optional
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a food processor
Blend mixture until smooth
Place mixture in the refrigerator for 10 minutes
Take out and roll into quarter-sized balls
Roll in extra cacao powder, crushed peppermints, or dip into melted dark chocolate (then let them cool in refrigerator)
Serve and enjoy!
