Peel the sweet potatoes and use the peeler or spiralizer to make "noodles"
Place the sweet potato "noodles" in a steamer using the 1/2 cup of water to steam them
Once the noodles are tender enough to eat, take off the heat and set aside
Use 1/4 cup of the water used to steam the sweet potato "noodles" and place it in a large sauce pan
Turn the heat <g class="gr_ gr_64 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_run_anim Grammar multiReplace" id="64" data-gr-id="64">on</g> low and add <g class="gr_ gr_65 gr-alert gr_gramm gr_run_anim Grammar only-del replaceWithoutSep" id="65" data-gr-id="65">in </g>the 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Mix until the cheese melts
Add in the Greek yogurt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Worcestershire Sauce, and the Chives
Mix until well blended and the sauce is smooth
Salt and Pepper the sauce to your preference
Mix in the sweet potato noodles with the cheesy chive sauce
Top with extra chopped chives for more of a chive flavor
Serve and enjoy!
