Beet Ginger Berry Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 small Beet roasted and peeled
  • 1 cup Mixed Berries frozen or fresh
  • 1 cup Orange Juice fresh squeezed
  • 1/4 inch Fresh Ginger peeled
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds optional
  • 1 Teaspoon Bee Pollen optional

Instructions
 

  • Place all ingredients in a blender
  • Blend until smooth, adding water or more orange juice if needed
  • Pour into a glass
  • Serve and enjoy
