Ingredients
  

Smoothie Bowl Base

  • 1/2 cup Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 1/2 cup Frozen Mango Chunks
  • 1/2 inch Ginger peeled
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1/3 cup Coconut Milk

Toppings

  • Blueberries
  • Blackberries
  • Pumpkin Seeds
  • Almonds
  • Chia Seeds
  • Cacao Nibs

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients for the smoothie bowl base into a high-speed blender or food processor
  • Blend until smooth
  • If necessary, add more liquid in small amounts to be able to blend fully
  • Once smooth and the texture is "sorbet-like," pour into a serving bowl
  • Top with desired toppings
  • Serve and enjoy!
