Kombucha Mezcal Mule

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Ounces of Mezcal
  • 5 Ounces of Ginger Kombucha
  • 1 Ounce of Lime Juice or to taste
  • Lime wedge and mint leaves to garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place some ice in a cocktail glass
  • Pour the mezcal over the ice
  • Then pour the ginger kombucha and lime juice over the iced mezcal
  • Take a spoon and gently stir to combine
  • Garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaves
  • Serve and enjoy!
