Instructions
Crust
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Mix together all of the ingredients for the crust until the liquid is mixed evenly throughout
Place the crust mixture into a 9" round springform pan or baking pan
Pat the mixture down evenly across the bottom of the pan using the back of a spoon or the bottom of a glass cup
Make sure the mixture is covered evenly across and is firmly patted down
Place the pan in the preheated oven and bake for 10-15 minutes until the crust has set
Once the crust is done, let it cool to room temperature (or place in the refrigerator or freezer) before putting the toppings on
Toppings
Refrigerate a 13.5 ounce can of coconut milk for at least two hours or overnight
Once the coconut milk is chilled, open the can and scoop out the white cream formed at the top, leaving behind the clear liquid in the bottom
Spread the coconut cream evenly across the cooled crust
Slice the banana into thin rounds and the strawberries into quarter slices
Decorate the coconut cream with blueberries, bananas, and strawberries in the pattern of a flag (as seen above in the pictures)
Serve and enjoy!
