Watermelon Kiwi Rosé Sangria

Ingredients
  

  • 4 1/2 cups Watermelon cut into bite-sized chunks
  • 4 Kiwis peeled and sliced into rounds
  • Juice of 2 Limes
  • 1/2 cup Vodka
  • 1 Bottle of Dry Rosé 750 mL
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Simple Syrup or Honey Optional
  • 2 cups Lime Seltzer or any seltzer of your choice
  • Mint lime slices, and watermelon slices for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Place 4 cups of the cut up watermelon and all of the sliced kiwis into a pitcher, setting aside 1/2 cup of the watermelon chunks
  • Place the 1/2 cup of the watermelon chunks into a blender and puree until smooth to make fresh squeezed watermelon juice (add a tablespoon of water if needed to blend)
  • Strain the watermelon juice through a strainer and discard the pulp
  • Pour the fresh squeezed watermelon juice into the pitcher on top of the watermelon chunks and kiwi slices
  • Squeeze the juice of 2 small limes on top of the fruit
  • Add in the vodka, rosé, simple syrup/honey, and seltzer
  • Stir the sangria with a large spoon until thoroughly mixed
  • Let sit in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
  • Once the sangria has chilled for at least an hour, take out and pour into wine glasses
  • Garnish with mint springs, lime slices, and mini watermelon slices
