I absolutely LOVE avocado. Hands down one of my favorite foods that you can eat with pretty much anything (salads, pasta, pizza, sandwhiches, etc). Avocado is also super healthy for you because it contians vitamins A, B, C, E, & K. It contains both fiber AND protein, and phytochemicals (which help prevent disease and illnesses)….
