Today, I am going to enjoy drinking this deliciously refreshing watermelon juice by my pool. It is a beautiful day and I unfortunately haven’t been able to take much advantage of my pool all summer long. Because of my job, I have been working 9-5 and missed many of the beautiful summer days. Sigh….and so real life begins! This summer is my first summer after graduating from college and yikes, it is sad to realize that my relaxing summers of ample amounts of free-time are now just a memory! With that realization, I am fully taking advantage of my weekends! They are now full-throttle relaxation-time balanced with fun-time. Hence today, I am going to fully relax by sitting by the pool and chilling all day. Over the last few summer months, I have been making constant variations of watermelon juice. It is so goddamn easy and simple! I am in love with it! All you have to do is blend watermelon. No juicer involved! Also, unlike most other juices, watermelon juice keeps the fiber! Keeping the fiber in your drink is necessary for a good digestion. Other juices that don’t keep the fiber aren’t as good for you because it causes you to end up storing the sugars instead of digesting them along with the fiber. So, watermelon juice is a super healthy all-natural juice that tastes absolutely delightful! My various watermelon juice concoctions consisted of mint and watermelon, lime and watermelon, lemon and watermelon, etc. But no watermelon juice concoction beats this one. This is by far the best watermelon juice recipe for summer! It includes frozen berries, a hint of lemon, and a some refreshingly cool mint!Make this wonderful watermelon juice on a relaxing, beautiful summer day and feel instantly refreshed. Check out the recipe below.
